Just so you know, with Linux you can access data from a windows dynamic disk and recover it if need be. My file server’s power supply just failled on me and before the backups could be returned from my offsite storage vault, I was able to boot up into Ubuntu 9 and retrieve data from one of my dynamic disks. So for those of you that are looking for a quick fix, Linux can provide that for you
