I think South Africa’s Cape Town should have a display like this in GreenPoint. Table Mountain would be the best place coz then people from both sides of the mountain would see the fireworks but December is summer in SA and forest fires are likely to be sparked by this. So GreenPoint or even Hout Bay area.
